Webpage Design Exercises for HTML

Students should have access to the following minimal computer environment:

• A simple text editor such as Microsoft WordPad, Macintosh TextEdit, UNIX vi (although this requires a certain amount of sophistication to use effectively).
• A browser to test file format.
• On Macintosh, users may be able to place content in their login "Sites" directory for display on the native Apache instance. However, this is not required, since pages can be hosted on the school server for testing.

You will need to complete one project per week and upload it to the Scholars Online Moodle so that you can share your work with other students and get help from the teacher. Projects generally take 1-2 hours to complete, but if you become interested in the possibilities, you may wind up spending more time.
